Terms and Conditions of quotations

These notes should be read in conjunction with the Quotation received

1. Quotations are subject to a site visit to agree area etc.
2. VAT will be added at the current rate.
3. The price quoted is valid for orders placed and completed within six months of the date issued.
4. Quotations are based on a suitable base being provided by others, including suitable edgings, cleaned and swept etc.
5. Any aborted visits due to unsatisfactory surface preparation will be charged at £500.00 per visit.
6. Quotations assume that the work can be completed in one visit
7. Areas in excess of the minimum stated are subject to re-measure after laying.
8. Areas less than the minimum stated will be subject to a revised rate.
9. Occasional joints may be required in the finished surface depending on area laid.
10. Our standard payment terms are settlement within 28 days of completion of each phase of the works.
11. For Resigrip Surfacing the initial sweep of excess aggregate is included in the price quoted, a subsequent sweep will be required at a 8-10 week interval which is not included.
12. This quotation does not make allowance for any discounts, should a discount of 2.5% be required under the main terms of the contract then 2.563% should be added to all prices quoted herein
