Resibond were asked to help with the restoration work on a War memorial at Hoghton Tower.
The memorial was first built over 120 years ago, so extreme care was taken to lift and relay the surrounding cobbles without causing any damage to the cobbles or the memorial.
The cobbles were removed in rows of 10 as they could only be replaced in the same order.
The old Ash sub-base was removed and replaced with a new concrete base before relaying the cobbles, and then a slurry point was applied to hold the cobbles in place.
